Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited seeks an Operations Engineer Project Role to lead network delivery for production systems, driving secure, reliable, and scalable services. The role requires 7.5+ years in network infrastructures, with CCIE/JNCIE-equivalent credentials and expertise in SASE, SD-WAN, and advanced routing.

The candidate will handle major incidents, architect solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous operations from Bengaluru office.

Qualifications

• Must have 7.5+ years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
• Principal Engineer role with technical leadership across network infrastructure.
• Experience with SD-WAN, advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).
• Knowledge of SASE environments including Prisma/Alkira.
• Strong incident management and log analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate independently and become an expert.
• Lead major incident management and drive end-to-end resolution.
• Propose solutions to architecture-related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Document procedures and maintain knowledge bases.

Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Principal Engineer Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: A Principal Engineer - Network provides technical leadership across network infrastructure, driving architecture, governance, and complex Major issue resolution. The role ensures secure, reliable, and scalable network services while supporting operational excellence and business continuity.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Expected to perform independently and become an Expert.
• Required active participation/contribution in major Incident & drive end to end
• Contribute in providing solutions to architecture related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations and timely resolution of incidents.
• Document operational procedures and maintain knowledge bases to support team efficiency.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of junior team members to foster skill development.
• Full understanding of Application criticality & AIG business & location criticality

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: CCIE & JNCIE equivalent , JNCIP-MistAI , PRISMA SASE certification, PCNSE - Strong Experience with advance routing including SDWAN (Juniper , Cisco , Arista)
• Strong understanding of log analysis , incident management, and troubleshooting in SASE , SDWAN , legacy advance routing protocols (BGP , OSPF) , DC LAN (Cisco & Arista)
• Strong understanding on the SASE service PRISMA , ALKIRA
• Strong understanding on F5 LTM & GTM
• Strong experience on direct client facing role.
• Knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements within Network & Security platforms.
• Commanding communication skill
