Job summary

Yatrikart | Your Quick Stop in Indore is looking for a visionary Vice President Operations to lead and optimize its nationwide network of compact convenience stores. This full-time, on-site role will drive KPI performance, rollout strategic expansion, and coordinate end-to-end operations across locations.

You will oversee supply chain coordination, vendor relations, and on-ground execution to ensure consistent service quality while optimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee multi-location retail operations and expansion.
• Proven experience in P&L Management and financial acumen to support profitability, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Capability in Strategic Planning to drive network growth, process improvements, and long-term operational initiatives.
• Customer Service orientation with a focus on consistent, high-quality in-store experience and service standards.
• Experience in multi-site retail, FMCG, or convenience store operations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and managing large, diverse teams, with strong people development skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; comfort with data-driven performance management.

Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Indore, responsible for overseeing Yatrikarts store network and operational performance. This role manages end-to-end operations including store opening and rollout plans, supply chain coordination, vendor relationships, and on-ground execution to ensure consistent service quality across locations.

The Vice President Operations will lead operational teams, set performance standards, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving process improvement, optimizing costs, supporting P&L objectives, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion plans. The role also focuses on enhancing customer experience, implementing operational best practices, and building a strong operations culture aligned with Yatrikarts growth goals.
