Job Summary

Skylark Drones is looking for an Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day drone mission operations and pilot activities. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with operational discipline and a technology-oriented mindset.

You will act as a central point of coordination between pilots, internal teams, and clients, ensuring that missions are planned, executed, and closed smoothly. Beyond coordination, this role requires the ability to anticipate operational needs, guide team members, and continuously improve processes using technology, automation, and structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate drone missions and pilot schedules to ensure timely and efficient execution
  • Act as the primary point of contact for pilots during mission planning and execution
  • Monitor operations, identify potential issues early, and proactively resolve them
  • Apply analytical thinking to anticipate operational needs and optimize workflows
  • Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, or automation to streamline coordination processes
  • Guide, mentor, and support pilots and operations team members when required
  • Ensure clear internal communication and professional interaction with clients
  • Maintain structured documentation, trackers, and operational records
  • Enforce discipline around timelines, processes, and standard operating procedures
