Operations Consultant / Senior Operations Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Consultant & Senior Operations Consultant based in Mumbai. The only difference in both roles is that as the Senior Operations Consultant, your role will also have a sales‑oriented component along with operations.

You will oversee and streamline operational processes, manage relationships with travel partners, and ensure seamless delivery of personalized travel experiences for clients. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, handling client inquiries, optimizing operational workflows, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role requires proactive problem‑solving, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal and external teams to enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in operational management, process optimization, and strategic planning
• Proficiency in client relationship management and effective communication
• Knowledge of travel and tourism industry trends, logistics, and itinerary planning
• Knowledge of OTA systems like TBO/Otilla/Rezlive/Expedia/etc.
• Knowledge of destinations; having certifications for the same is an added bonus.
• Experience with team collaboration, vendor management, and customer service excellence
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with Mumbai‑based travel networks and destinations is preferred
