Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants in Gurgaon seeks a Chief of Operations to lead multi-location operations across our network in the NCR region. You will drive revenue, P&L, EBITDA, customer experience and operational excellence, reporting to the CEO/MD.

Ideal profile includes 15+ years in Retail/QSR/F&B/Hospitality or related sectors, with proven multi-unit leadership, strong P&L ownership and the ability to manage large teams and geographic footprints.
