Job summary

Amber, a leading student housing platform, is seeking an Operations Associate for the Australia region. The role is remote, with flexible hours, and focuses on guiding students through the booking process, understanding their needs, and maintaining strong follow-ups to drive bookings.

You will build expertise in housing options, pricing, and locations, using CRM tools to manage interactions and ensure targets are met in a collaborative, global team environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in neutral English.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or similar software.
• Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus.
• Industry experience in real estate, hospitality, business development, or customer service is preferred.
• Graduate with at least 60% in academics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with inbound leads, guide them through the booking process, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Understand students’ unique requirements and provide personalized accommodation recommendations.
• Build in-depth knowledge of student housing options, pricing, and locations to offer expert advice.
• Maintain strong relationships with potential clients through consistent and timely follow-ups to ensure closure.
• Work closely with Marketing and Supply teams to optimize the booking process and enhance the customer experience.
• Accurately record and manage all customer interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.

Shift Timings: 7 AM- 4 PM, 9 AM- 6 PM, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
