Weekday AI is hiring an Operations Associate Intern for a 100% remote role. The position offers a stipend (up to 15,000 INR) for 6 months with a potential extension, working 10AM–7PM IST, Monday through Saturday.

You will perform 100–120 outbound calls daily to engage candidates about open roles and guide them through opportunities. They value clear communication, resilience, and a proactive mindset, with training to develop professional skills and contribute to a growing startup backed by Y
