Job summary

Weekday is building modern recruiting infrastructure and seeks 2 driven interns to work with the Founder’s Office. You will tackle real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, and process improvement, taking ownership from idea to execution.

The Role

We’re looking for 2 highly driven interns to work directly with the Founder’s Office.

This is not a “shadow the founders and make slides” internship. You’ll work on real problems across business operations, recruiting workflows, process improvement, and special projects (0 to 1) —and be expected to take ownership from idea to execution. You’ll get a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup establishes operations at scale, and will work closely with the founding team on high-priority initiatives. Opportunity to turn the internship into a longer‑term role based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Work Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM IST / 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 11 PM to 8 AM IST (Any one slot) Monthly Stipend: INR 15,000 - 25,000 Payout Structure - { 15K Fixed (10k base + 5K Night Shift allowance) + 10K Performance Pay} Duration: 3 months
