Role Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the business in achieving its targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and operational procedures. The role focuses on delivering accurate work within defined timelines while protecting the bank's interests through proper documentation and operational controls.
- Prepare and review credit documentation such as sanction letters, facility agreements, and security documents to ensure all approved conditions and covenants are correctly reflected.
- Coordinate with legal teams to amend or prepare credit documents according to approved sanction terms.
- Review executed documentation in line with corporate authorities of borrower and guarantor entities.
- Ensure required legal, compliance, and credit approvals are completed before issuing draft documentation to borrowers.
- Calculate drawing power to confirm sufficient limits are available for borrower transactions.
- Work with treasury and business teams to enable limits for facility disbursements.
- Review security perfection for facilities and escalate discrepancies in documentation to the front office.
- Conduct reconciliation of pledged securities internally and with external stakeholders such as PMRs and AMCs.
- Maintain and distribute MIS reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Digitally sign statutory forms on Registrar of Companies and government portals to create security in favor of the bank.
- Ensure safe custody of documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements before and after facility activation.
- Assist in audits by addressing observations from statutory, concurrent, regulatory, and internal audits.
