Job summary

Trybotics is seeking a work-from-home intern to support the end-to-end scheduling and execution of student demos with tutors. The role focuses on coordinating demos, confirming timings, and guiding enrolment processes.

You will liaise with students, tutors and the business development manager to ensure a smooth experience. The internship runs for six months from the start date, with a stipend ranging from INR 3,000 to INR 5,000 per month and flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Explain fees/pricing and demo processes.
• Schedule and conduct product demos.
• Call tutors to check availability.
• Call students to confirm timings given by tutors.
• Identify topics for demo sessions.
• Create WhatsApp groups and share Zoom/Meet links.
• Share links with tutors and remind participants 45 minutes before the demo.
• Introduce student and tutor for the demo, ensure smooth handoff.
• Follow up for feedback and drive enrolments via payment links.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Explaining fees/pricing demo, etc.
2. Scheduling and conducting demos
3. Calling the tutor to check his/her availability
4. Calling the student to confirm the timings tutor has told you in the above call
5. Checking with the student regarding the topic on which demo class is needed
6. Creating a WhatsApp group with the student and business development manager, and creating and sharing Zoom/Google Meet link
7. Sharing the same link with the tutor separately
8. Sending a reminder to both the tutor and the student before 45 minutes
9. Introducing the student to the tutor and vice-versa in the demo class
10. Following up with the student for feedback and getting the enrolments done by sharing the payment link
