Job summary

Trybotics, a digital product agency, is looking for an internship in BD and partnerships. The role focuses on managing inquiries, following up with prospects, and growing partner relationships.

• Grow LinkedIn presence and convert conversations into calls
• Coordinate discovery calls between prospects and design leads
• Keep CRM updated with conversations, stages and notes

About the internship:

• Own our shared inbox respond to inbound enquiries, qualify them, and make sure nothing sits unanswered
• Run follow-ups end-to-end: conversations that went quiet, proposals awaiting a reply, contacts who asked us to circle back later
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organisations in our ecosystem the kind whose clients need design work
• Re-open conversations with people we've worked with before
• Grow our presence on LinkedIn: engage meaningfully with target accounts, send connection requests with context, and turn those conversations into calls
• Coordinate discovery calls between prospects and our design leads, including prep notes
• Keep the CRM clean: log every conversation, update stages, maintain notes so anyone can pick up a thread
