Job summary

VirtualCare AI is seeking a reliable Operations Specialist based in India to support day-to-day operations for a US-based healthcare tech startup. You will organize processes, identify inefficiencies, and leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks.

You’ll manage administrative workflows, document maintenance, onboarding support, and issue escalation. Strong English, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across time zones are essential.

Qualifications

• Based in India with reliable internet access.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to follow instructions, manage tasks independently, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new software and workflows quickly.
• Availability for some overlap with U.S. business hours.
