Job summary

The LexisNexis Risk Solutions team in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Operational Process Analyst to drive and optimize global change and configuration activities. You will create, analyze and distribute reports to support continual service improvement and coordinate adherence to policy.

You will lead change-management initiatives, test service management tools, review production changes, and train teams on tool usage, CAB governance, and process enhancements to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of batch processing (batch jobs, scheduling, fault handling).
• Excellent written communication skills for clear reports and documentation.

As a Senior Operational Process Analyst, you will use advanced problem-solving skills and multiple operating environments to support research design and assignments within change or configuration management processes. You will be responsible for creating, distributing, generating, and maintaining analysis reports that assist with continual service improvement and coordinating adherence to global change and configuration policy.
