Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Operational Process Analyst to apply advanced problem-solving across multiple environments, supporting research design and assignments within change or configuration management processes.

You will create, distribute, generate, and maintain analysis reports to drive continual service improvement and ensure adherence to global change and configuration policy, including leading the Change Advisory Board and providing training on change
