The Operational Manager role is focused on creating execution stability across teams by improving workflows, accountability systems, and cross-functional coordination. You will lead internal process planning, optimize daily operations, and ensure projects move from planning to completion without bottlenecks. This includes setting SOPs, tracking utilization, allocating resources, and building reporting systems for delivery, support, and business operations. You must be comfortable managing performance reviews of process health, identifying inefficiencies with data, and implementing practical corrective actions quickly. We are looking for someone who can combine managerial control with people empathy, ensuring teams perform at high standards while maintaining clarity, ownership, and predictable turnaround across internal and client-facing operations.
