Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for AIF PMS operations in Delhi. You will oversee daily activities, ensure accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting, while maintaining compliance with SEBI guidelines and internal policies.

Role : Operation Manager -AIF PMS

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Operations professional . You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including investments, divestments, and corporate actions.
• Valuations: Calculate and verify Net Asset Values (NAVs) for AIF and PMS portfolios.
• Reporting: Generate reports for investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SEBI guidelines, and internal policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements
