Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations professional for the role of Operation Manager -AIF PMS.

You will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting. Key responsibilities include processing transactions, calculating NAVs for AIF and PMS portfolios, generating investor and regulatory reports, ensuring SEBI compliance, and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in AIF, PMS, or mutual fund operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of AIF and PMS regulations, securities, and financial instruments.

Responsabilidades

• Transaction processing for investments, divestments, and corporate actions.

Role : Operation Manager -AIF PMS

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Operations professional . You'll oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions, valuations, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Transaction Processing: Process transactions, including investments, divestments, and corporate actions.
• Valuations: Calculate and verify Net Asset Values (NAVs) for AIF and PMS portfolios.
• Reporting: Generate reports for investors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, SEBI guidelines, and internal policies.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.

Requirements:-

• Experience: Minimum 3+years of experience in AIF, PMS, or mutual fund operations.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of AIF and PMS regulations, securities, and financial instruments.
