Job summary

Dalmia Bharat Limited in Tiruchirappalli is seeking a hands-on supervisor to coordinate all activities for the MRF plant, supervising equipment and ensuring smooth running. You will oversee material receipt and dispatch, conduct daily safety talks and training, ensure proper storage, disposal, PPE usage, and adherence to the operations manual with cost-effective, safe practices.

Maintain records, monitor operational parameters per regulatory norms, and coordinate with transport and maintenance

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate all activities for MRF plant, supervision to ensure smooth running of all equipment.
• Co-ordination with ULB and cement plant for receipt of incoming material and dispatch of pre-processed RDF.
• Regular preventive maintenance for all equipment installed at MRF plant.
• Daily monitoring the Waste Receipts & Out ward dispatches. Training on Job Safety and Education. First Aid, Fire Fighting arrangements, Nursery Maintenance and Green belt Development.
• Daily Conducting the PEP talks training programs, Responsible for efficient planning and utilization of Transport Vehicles, To look after storage, disposal of HzW, To ensure systems/procedures as per our operations manual.
• To ensure establishing safe, cost effective, efficient methods and to reduce costs wherever possible, To ensure that all storage methods and systems are consistent with our requirement.
• Storage of all incoming material in appropriate location. To observe utmost care to ensure PPEs are used by all those working in AMPL plant.
• To ensure no contamination is caused to soil, water, and air at the site by any of the acts of waste handling, transportation, storage, and disposal. To improve the blending of AFRF material on daily basis.
• Maintaining records, monitoring operating parameters as per regulatory guidelines/norms.
• To maintain proper records for utilization of heavy equipment, manpower employed and a plan for waste storage. Guiding incoming vehicles to proper locations for storage / treatment / disposal.
• SAP PR Creation & Follow up with SCM for spare parts & materials.
