Job summary

Aquapharm Chemical Limited is seeking a Sr. Officer / Executive – Production for its Mahad plant. The role requires hands-on experience in chemical plant operations, shift production management, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality and ISO standards.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Chemistry with 2–4 years of relevant experience. SAP knowledge and ability to manage manpower and production planning will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Chemistry.
• 2–4 years of production experience in a chemical plant.
• Hands-on in shift production management and process operations.
• Knowledge of safe chemical plant operations and handling hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor shift operations to achieve planned production output.
• Ensure adherence to quality, cost, safety and HSE standards.
• Ensure safe operation of plant, machinery and manpower.
• Monitor RM, PM, utilities and labour usage within defined norms.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 requirements.
• Manage plant housekeeping, tank farms and filling stations.
• Support manpower planning and production planning.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through effective problem-solving.
