We’re redefining the travel experience by partnering with trusted travel agents, hotels, transport providers, and trip captains across India to ensure seamless, safe, and unforgettable journeys.

Role Overview

As an Operation Executive, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and Founding Team to strengthen TripyPackage’s on‑ground and vendor operations. You’ll help onboard travel partners, manage package listings, and support day‑to‑day coordination that keeps our travel ecosystem running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new travel agencies, hotel partners, transport vendors, and trip captains.
• Assist in creating and managing detailed travel package listings (pricing, itineraries, images, inclusions, exclusions, etc.).
• Conduct market and destination research to discover trending locations and partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors to collect accurate information and maintain verified records.
• Support daily operational workflows, including bookings, follow‑ups, and vendor coordination.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance vendor engagement, listing quality, and TripyPackage’s marketplace visibility.
• Assist in developing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for vendor onboarding and trip execution.
