Job summary

Siro Clinpharm seeks an experienced OpenText Archive L3 Engineer for our Hyderabad and Delhi operations. The role focuses on OpenText Core Archive administration, lifecycle management, and content governance within a complex regulatory framework.

You will work with Microsoft 365 technologies, Purview, eDiscovery, and automation tools to ensure compliant information management. ITIL processes and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• OpenText expertise across Core Archive, Core Capture, and ECM.
• Archive lifecycle management and content classification frameworks.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 technologies for governance and collaboration.
• Strong scripting with PowerShell and familiarity with Graph APIs.
• Knowledge of Purview, eDiscovery, and legal holds for compliance.
• Experience with ITIL processes and service management.

Responsibilities

• Administer OpenText Core Archive components and lifecycle processes.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online.
• Implement retention policies, legal holds, and regulatory compliance controls.
• Support audits, inspections, and information governance programs.
• Develop automation using PowerShell and workflow orchestration.
• Contribute to integration architecture and data workflows.
