The role requires hands-on experience with OpenText platforms, strong system administration skills on Windows and Red Hat Linux, and the ability to work with application, database, and infrastructure teams to ensure uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• OpenText Content Server expertise.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer and support OpenText Content Server environments.
• Manage OpenText Archive Server for document archiving and retention.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Manage user access, security permissions and authentication.
• Support upgrades, patches, migrations and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with application, database and infrastructure teams.
• Perform backup, recovery and disaster recovery activities.
• Analyze logs and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
