Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and min.4 years of international German voice process experience.
• German proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with floor support, performance reviews and rostering.
• Knowledge of shrinkage, SLA, attrition, AHT and CSAT metrics.
