Job summary

R1RCM Global Private Limited in Chennai invites applications for an AR calling and denial management role. You will follow up with payers, identify denial reasons, and prevent write-offs through timely action.

The position requires 7 months to 3 years in AR/RCM, with strong English communication and the ability to interact well with teammates. Night shift; CTC 3-4 LPA; BE/BTech welcome only with 1+ year RCM experience.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• BE/BTech candidates with 1+ year in RCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with the payer to check on claim status.
• Identify denial reasons and work on resolution.
• Prevent write-offs by timely follow-up.
• Work with Billing scrubbers and make edits.
• Handle contractual adjustments & write-offs.
• Demonstrate strong cash collection/resolution rate.
• Display good calling and probing skills.

• Save claim from getting written off by timely following up.
• Should have sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits.
• Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects.
• Should have good Cash collected/Resolution Rate.
• should have calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding.
