Job summary

Optum in India is seeking an AR follow-up specialist to join our office in Chennai. The role requires 1+ year in core AR follow-up, hospital billing (UB04) experience, and end-to-end RCM knowledge. Night shifts and an office-based work setup are part of the job.

You will handle denials, claim adjudication, and patient billing workflows while ensuring accuracy and timely cash collection in a fast-paced healthcare BPO environment.

Qualifications

• 3 Years Graduation is Mandatory.
• 1+ year of experience in core AR Follow up (Voice process only).
• Experience in Hospital billing (UB04) is mandatory.
• Experience working with Denials and end to end RCM knowledge.
