Job summary

Tekskills is seeking a ServiceNow Release Coordinator to streamline RFC approvals and release workflows across multiple environments.

You will coordinate planning, monitor calendars, and ensure documentation is completed and accepted by stakeholders. The role requires strong Excel skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of SDLC, risk management, and change control processes.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge on ServiceNow.
• Create RFCs and obtain approvals and knowledge on approval process.
• Good knowledge on Excel and PDFs creation.
• Good communication and verbal skills.
• Good knowledge on planning and coordination.
• Knowledge on release calendar and release planning.
• Manage, coordinate and oversee releases through various environments.
• Ensure appropriate Operational service Documentation is created and accepted by stakeholders prior to follow the checklists.
• Demonstrate ability to adapt to new environments and lead, be proactive and drive changes.
• Planning release life cycles.
• Managing risks and release scopes.
• Excellent understanding of SDLC lifecycle.
• Measure and monitoring the maintenance.

Responsibilities

Shift Timings Tues Wed Thrus 7:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Sat Sun - 730 AM to 330 PM IST.

Weekoffs Friday Monday.
