Job summary

HCLTech in Hyderabad is seeking a Software Release Manager with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to own release cycles across multiple platforms. The role requires Android app development exposure, strong process discipline, and cross-functional coordination with Engineering, QA, Product and Support teams.

You will work night shifts aligned to US PST and operate from the office in Hyderabad, with an immediate to 30-day notice period for joining.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in a dedicated Software Release Management role, with proficiency in one or more software release management platforms / tools.
• Availability: Must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday during the night shift, with working hours aligned with the US Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone.
• Android App Development: To have Android App development and troubleshooting experience.
• Process Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex schedules, coordinate dependencies, and drive resolution across cross-functional teams e.g. Engineering, QA, Product and Support teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effectively communicating complex technical status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
