Job summary

Iris Software in Noida is seeking a seasoned Release Coordinator - Senior Engineer to govern release artefacts, coordinate SIT/UAT activities, and ensure smooth testing handovers.

The role requires solid SDLC knowledge and collaboration with PMs, Dev, QA, and Performance teams; you will also support Change Requests for prod and non-prod environments.

Job Description

Release Coordinator Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain release governance artefacts- manage release checklists
• Manage and maintain Confluence pages and SharePoint repositories
• Coordinate production and non-production release activities- track SIT and UAT deployment activities and team is ready for testing handover, track fall back testing status
• Support Change Request (CR) both prod and non prod
• Assist with pre-implementation activities- support the lead PM to ensure completion of pre-implementation checklist, assist in tracking all items to closure
• Collaborate with Project Managers, STOs, BA, Dev, QA, and Performance teams- as and when necessary
• SDLC Knowledge- Demonstrate a solid understanding of SDLC and release management processes
• Technical/Dev Background as an Asset
• Additionally, Working Hours: Resource should maintain availability aligned with North American/onshore business hours and provide flexible support during key release pre-implementation windows
