Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to gather and analyze requirements across Supply Chain and Planning teams. You will configure O9 solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and analytics, translating needs into concrete functionality.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams, conduct fit-gap analyses, support SAP ERP/S4HANA integrations, and lead testing, training, and rollout activities to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• Gathers and analyses business requirements from SCM, planning, and stakeholders.
• Configures O9 solutions to support demand planning and IBP.
• Translates planning requirements into O9 functionality.
• Performs fit-gap analysis and suggests process improvements.
• Supports integration with SAP ERP/S4HANA, BW, APO, IBP, and other systems.
• Executes SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Provides production support and resolves functional issues.
• Creates training materials and conducts user trainings.
• Collaborates with technical, data, and business teams during rollout.
