Job summary

Kairos Technologies Inc. seeks an O9 Analyst Planning Applications to support Space Planning and Demand/Supply/MFP planning. You will implement and roll out the o9 application, integrate it with upstream and downstream systems, and serve as a functional and technical liaison to cross-functional partners.

The role requires 3–5 years of o9 experience, strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills, plus experience with Agile methods and Retail domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years implementing o9 technology with data requirements.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, IBP/O9 Configurations and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Strategy and Vision for multi-year journey for NGT(IBP) and work with the Product lead(s) to deliver experiences around Product transformation.
• Capture & document business processes, functional & data requirements and be able to communicate with technical resources.
• Develop into the technical & functional expert at RL on the O9 platform.
• Work with Supply Planning solution owner to determine sequencing of concepts/ stories.
• Work on enhancement requests and CRs.
• Develop prototypes to prove the success or failure of a concept.
• Develop/execute test scripts for Use cases.
• Work with Support Team as per shift to help the Business in day-to-day activity to smoothly run Operations.
• Resolve & work to find the RCA for any ongoing or new Production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support users through change management, training, and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot production support issues post deployment and suggest solutions as required

O9 Analyst Planning Applications

Overview:

Position Overview:

• The Program will consist of COE teams across multiple Functions of Planning, like Demand Planning/Supply planning/Merchandise Financial Planning along with Assortment
• Planning & Space Planning. It will be a close collaboration with Data Analytics Team.
• This role supports the Space Planning teams digital transformation by developing functional and technical expertise in Space Planning technology.
• The primary focus is implementing and rolling out the o9 application and integrating it with multiple upstream and downstream systems.
• The selected candidate will serve as a functional and technical liaison to cross-functional partners,ensuring the application meets business needs and enables users to work efficiently and effectively.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years’ experience implementing o9 technology applications and working with data requirements.
• Experience with configuration, systemic workflows, development/enhancements, and integration of modern applications.
• Firsthand development experience on SaaS platforms, IBPL/Solver & o9 Model Builder.
• Knowledge of O9 and understanding Int3.0/SSIS flows & End to End to End o9 Configurations.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners.
• Good Domain/Functional knowledge in Space Planning, Demand Planning, Supply planning, MFP or Assortment Planning.
• Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with an Agile methodology is a plus
• Experience with Retail industry and master data is a plus
• Experience working with an S&OP or Supply Planning application is a plus
