Job summary

Devoir Software Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced o9 supply chain planning consultant to lead and implement end-to-end o9 configurations for retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods clients. You will design data models, script with IBPL, and optimize demand, supply, and S&OP processes while ensuring data quality and delivering PoCs to stakeholders.

4-7+ years of relevant experience required, with strong analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or analytics.
• Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and implementation.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Hands-on experience with IBPL scripting and data modelling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration Level II).
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods.

Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration
• Lead and participate in the full o9 implementation lifecycle:
• Requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure o9 modules such as: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) & ControlTower
• Customize the o9 platform using IBPL (o9's scripting language).
• Design and configure data models and workflows to support planning processes and what-if analysis. Functional Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues.
• Perform manual and automated data uploads.
• Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
