LTM in Bangalore is seeking an experienced professional for a senior planning role focused on o9-based Supply Planning and IBP processes. The candidate will drive end-to-end planning initiatives, aiming to improve forecast accuracy and inventory availability in a complex supply chain environment.

Expertise in BlueYonder and Kineaxis, plus exposure to analytics tools like SAS, Python, and R, will be advantageous. A strong emphasis on business acumen, ownership, and data storytelling is required.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Supply Planning or Demand Planning implementation experience.
• BlueYonder/Kineaxis experience will work.
• Must have o9 experience.
• Focus on improving forecast accuracy and inventory availability.
• Proficiency in SAP APO IBP or other planning solutions.
• Exposure to advanced analytics and tools (SAS, R, Python).
• Ability to design analytics solutions including simulation modelling to address business problems.
• Strong business acumen with ownership and integrity.

• End to end implementation experience BlueYonder Kineaxis experience will work.
• MUST Have -o9 Experience.
• Supply Planning or Demand Planning or IBP or Supply planning with IBP process with focus on improving the forecast accuracy availability with optimal inventory.
• Proven expertise in transforming the end to end value chain in a complex environment.
• Proficiency in SAP APO IBP or any other planning solutions is a must Exposure to advanced analytics.
• Optimization techniques and experience in analytics tools like SAS R Python will be an added advantage.
• Ability to design analytics solutions simulation modelling, to address business problems .
• Strong business acumen a high degree of ownership and integrity and a high attention to detail.
• Ability to build relationships with external entities with controls on timelines cost and returns Effectively and creatively tell stories and create visualizations to describe and communicate data insights
• Skills on a visualization tools like Power BI Tableau would be preferable.
