Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a role focused on gathering and analysing business requirements from Supply Chain, Planning, and Business stakeholders to configure O9 solutions for Demand and Supply Planning as well as IBP.

The position involves designing specifications, translating requirements into O9 functionality, and conducting fit-gap analyses. The role also covers integration design with SAP ERP/S4HANA and other systems, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), defect management, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from Supply Chain, Planning, and Business stakeholders.
• Configure O9 solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Supply Chain analytics.
• Design and document functional specifications, business processes, and solution configurations.
• Work with business users to translate planning requirements into O9 functionality.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Support integration design with SAP ERP/S4HANA, BW, APO, IBP, and other systems.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
• Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
• Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, data teams, and business stakeholders during implementation and rollout.
