Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking an OpenText Exstream Architect to lead design, development, and implementation of CCM solutions for enterprise-scale document generation across channels. You will drive architecture, governance, and high-performance delivery while collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

This role demands 8+ years in CCM with Exstream, strong leadership, and expertise in integration patterns, multi-channel strategies, and modernization.

Qualifications

• Extensive CCM experience (8+ years) with OpenText Exstream.
• Proven design and delivery of enterprise-scale, high-volume document generation systems.
• Strong multi-channel communication strategy and customer experience design.
• Expertise in Exstream design tools, scripting, and integration patterns.
• Experience with APIs, web services, messaging systems.
• Data formats (XML, JSON) and database systems knowledge.
• Leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in version upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
• Knowledge of print processing and document archival systems.
• Awareness of CCM market trends and strong programming/scripting background.
• Ability to create accelerators/tools to reduce development/testing time.
• Ability to produce estimations and resource loading.
• Knowledge of CCM tool integrations across platforms.

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText Exstream Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting robust, scalable, and high-performance document generation systems that deliver personalized, compliant, and consistent customer communications across multiple digital and print channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of OpenText Exstream-based CCM solutions across enterprise environments
• Define and enforce best practices, design standards, and governance models for document composition and CCM frameworks
• Design scalable, high-performance document generation solutions supporting multi-channel delivery (print, email, SMS, web, mobile)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Work with Sales Managers in the presales phase of projects. Assists with the preparation and delivery of project proposals/RFPs.
• Ensure seamless integration of Exstream with upstream and downstream systems such as policy administration, billing, CRM, and data platforms
• Optimize system performance, document workflows, and content management for efficiency and scalability
• Drive compliance with regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture standards
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams and junior architects
• Lead solution reviews, code quality assurance, and performance tuning initiatives
• Support modernization and transformation initiatives within the CCM ecosystem

What you need (knowledge, Skills & Experience):
