Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a senior Exstream CCM specialist to drive end-to-end OpenText Exstream architecture and CCM implementations across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. You will coordinate with clients and on-site teams to deliver robust Exstream-based solutions.

Ideal candidates will have 6–9 years of experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires 6-9 years of experience in handling OpenText Exstream CCM projects.
• Must have hands-on experience with Core Exstream, Cloud Native, and Empower modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility.
• Create detailed project plans to track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/customers for flawless execution.
• Lead end-to-end OpenText Exstream architecture and CCM implementations.
• Define input structures for Exstream and configure in Communication Server.
• Guide the team on Exstream components and oversee testing and quality standards.

• Need experience in Core Exstream + Cloud Native + Empower + Communication Server.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/Customers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Have expertise in end-to-end architecture of OpenText Exstream.
• Have knowledge on different stages of enterprise content management solution.
• Expertise in defining input structures for OpenText Exstream.
• Be able to create application with sorting and building methods and configure in communication server.
• Be able to lead the lead and guide team on Exstream and its components.
• Collaborate with the on-site team and clients to provide suggestions and resolutions for technical issues.
• Be able to execute test cases and maintain good quality deliverables and ensure adherence to best design and coding standards.
• Should be able to learn core and new modules of Exstream and other Customer Communications Management (CCM) technologies.
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Have Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
