Job summary

CampusAdda Technologies is hiring Onfield Sales Interns for Vydiya, our upcoming Smart School App. The role is field-based across Pan India, focusing on local school visits and live product demonstrations.

This 4-month internship is open to Pre-Final and Final Year BBA/MBA students. Training will be provided in the first two months, followed by active sales with fixed stipend + incentives in months 3-4, and PPO opportunities for top performers.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Pre-Final or Final Year of BBA/MBA.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with willingness to work in the field.
• Comfortable with local travel and school visits.
• Basic smartphone & digital tool proficiency.
• Prior sales or field experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools and conduct field-based outreach.

CampusAdda Technologies is hiring Onfield Sales Interns for Vydiya - our upcoming Smart School App and Management Solution designed to digitally transform how schools operate across India.

This is a 4-month internship open to Pre-Final and Final Year students of BBA/MBA programmes.

As a Sales Intern, you will be on the ground - visiting schools, generating leads, and conducting product demonstrations for Vydiya.

Internship Structure

• Month 1-2: Training, onboarding & field exposure (Unpaid)
• Month 3-4: Active sales with individual targets | Fixed Stipend + Performance Incentives
