PPN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites a skilled OneStream Consultant to join our Finance Transformation team in delivering end-to-end OneStream implementations.

You will handle technical delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive optimization across consolidation and FP&A processes. Ideal candidates have hands-on EPM experience with OneStream (1–2 years specifically), strong skills in metadata, rules, and forms, and proficiency in VB.Net or Python with SQL Server knowledge.

Qualificações

• 4–6 years of hands-on EPM implementation experience, incl. 1–2 years with OneStream.
• Builds metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows and reports within OneStream.
• Strong understanding of finance processes: close, consolidation and FP&A.
• Proficient in VB.Net and/or Python; knowledge of SQL Server or similar RDBMS.
• Familiar with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS deployments and modern integration approaches.
• Capable of independent work, strong organization and attention to detail.

We are looking for a skilled OneStream Consultant with strong experience in EPM implementations, financial consolidation, and FP&A processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering OneStream solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end implementation and optimization activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support the implementation of OneStream solutions, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.
• Collaborate with team leads and clients to provide technical and functional expertise.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective OneStream system solutions, leveraging knowledge of consolidation and FP&A processes.
• Take ownership in designing, building, configuring, testing, and deploying OneStream applications.
• Deliver ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for OneStream applications.
• Manage daily reporting and delivery activities, working independently and guiding junior team members as needed.

Skills Required

• 4–6 years of hands-on EPM implementation experience, including at least 1–2 years implementing OneStream solutions, with demonstrated ability to deliver technical components and support solution deployment.
• Proficiency in building metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, data reconciliation, custom rules, and reports, with the ability to develop and configure key elements within the OneStream platform.
• Strong understanding of finance business processes, especially in areas such as financial close, consolidation, and FP&A, with the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Programming experience with VB.Net and/or Python, and working knowledge of RDBMS systems (e.g., SQL Server), enabling the development, troubleshooting, and optimization of custom solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS and PaaS platforms, including an understanding of modern deployment models and integration considerations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments, demonstrating self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with end-to-end OneStream implementations, including exposure to the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
• Ability to build application models for specific planning processes, such as sales forecasting, financial planning, and workforce planning, tailoring solutions to client needs.
• Advanced business rule development experience, including custom consolidations, intercompany eliminations, cash flow automation, custom translations, and currency overrides.
• Experience preparing key project deliverables such as design documents, test plans, training materials, and administration guides, contributing to project quality and client enablement.
• Experience with OneStream Out-of-the-Box MarketPlace solutions, including People Planning, Capex Planning, and other prebuilt applications.
