Qualifications

• Strong OneStream XF platform experience required.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end OneStream application architecture.
• Design cube structures, dimensional models, workflow profiles, security frameworks.
• Establish governance, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Business Rules, Cube Views, Dashboards, workflows, and data management processes.
• Implement and configure OneStream Marketplace solutions and optimize performance.
• Design integrations between OneStream and ERP/HCM/Data Warehouse systems.
• Configure financial consolidation, FX translation, intercompany eliminations, planning models, scenario and version management.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced OneStream Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OneStream solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, data integrations, and enterprise architecture. This role will work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing OneStream applications

Responsibilities & Skills

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define end-to-end OneStream application architecture.
• Design cube structures, dimensional models, workflow profiles, and security frameworks.
• Establish governance, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

OneStream Development

• Develop and optimize:
• Business Rules (VB.NET)
• Cube Views
• Dashboards
• Workflow configurations
• Data Management processes
• Reporting solutions
• Implement and configure OneStream Marketplace solutions.
• Drive application performance tuning and optimization.

Data Integration

• Design integrations between OneStream and ERP/HCM/Data Warehouse systems.
• Configure connectors, transformation rules, and automated data loads.
• Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and audit controls.
• Support REST APIs, SIC, and external integration frameworks.

Financial Processes

• Configure:
• Financial Consolidation
• FX Translation
• Intercompany Eliminations
• Planning & Forecasting Models
• Scenario & Version Management
• Management Reporting
• Partner with Finance teams to streamline close and planning processes

Leadership & Delivery

• Lead implementation teams and mentor consultants/developers.
• Review technical designs and code quality.
• Support project estimation, solutioning, and client presentations.
• Act as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) or OneStream Certified Associate (OCA).
• Prior Oracle Hyperion (Planning/FCCS/HFM) or SAP BPC experience.
• Exposure to cloud architecture and enterprise integrations.
• CPA/CMA or Finance background is advantageous.
