Responsibilities

• Pipeline Building – Work closely with the Business Development team and OneStream’s Singapore-based sales team to identify and develop new client opportunities.
• Talent Acquisition & Development – Recruit, onboard, and groom skilled OneStream / EPM professionals; build a high-performing practice team.
• Delivery Excellence – Own and oversee end-to-end delivery of OneStream implementation projects; ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Practice Leadership – Lead and grow Cogniviti Labs’ EPM practice, currently focused on OneStream, with a roadmap to expand into additional EPM solutions.
• Thought Leadership – Represent Cogniviti Labs in client interactions, partner events, and the broader OneStream ecosystem.

Experience: 8+ Years in Onestream EPM as Techno-Functional Consultant with 2 years as a Lead /Solution ArchitectIndustry: Technology

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Solution Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in EPM solutions, implementation delivery, and practice leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading OneStream projects, managing stakeholders, supporting pre-sales activities, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Building – Work closely with the Business Development team and OneStream’s Singapore-based sales team to identify and develop new client opportunities.
• Talent Acquisition & Development – Recruit, onboard, and groom skilled OneStream / EPM professionals; build a high-performing practice team.

Skills Required

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. MBA / CA / CPA / CMA is an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of overall experience in EPM / Finance technology, with at least 5+ years of hands‑on OneStream implementation experience. Prior experience in a practice leadership or delivery management role preferred.

Must Have

• OneStream Certified Solution Architect (mandatory / strongly preferred).
• Deep hands‑on expertise in OneStream XF – consolidation, planning, reporting, cube views, business rules, and data integration.
• Proven track record of delivering full-cycle OneStream implementations independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience working with or for an EPM consulting firm or systems integrator.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales / BD teams to support pre‑sales and solutioning.
