Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India seeks a Senior Associate to implement OneStream Finance Solutions, improving client financial processes and controls. You will analyze complex problems, manage workstreams, mentor juniors, and build client relationships within the Finance Consulting practice.

This role focuses on OneStream deployments, data integration, reporting, and process improvements to support financial reporting and shared services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OneStream EPM implementations (1-2 projects) including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-production support.
• Configure and develop OneStream solutions including Metadata, Security, Business Rules (VB.Net), Multi-GAAP, and Multi-Currency applications.
• Develop Cube Views, Forms, Dashboards, and Quick Views; create advanced Excel reporting using XF functions.
• Support Financial Close, Consolidation, and Regulatory Reporting processes including intercompany eliminations and planning.
• Develop and support Data Integration solutions including Data Sources and Transformation Rules.

As a Senior Associate OneStream Implementation Finance Solutions you will support financial operations work that helps clients improve processes, strengthen controls, and implement finance systems that align with business needs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and build client relationships while navigating ambiguity and delivering quality work within our Finance Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will help develop and implement OneStream solutions, interpret client requirements, and contribute to process improvements that support financial reporting, automation, and shared services.

Responsibilities

• Good experience in end-to-end OneStream EPM implementations (1-2 projects), including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Configure and develop OneStream solutions including Metadata, Security, Business Rules (VB.Net), Multi-GAAP, and Multi-Currency applications.
• Extensive hands‑on experience in developing Cube Views, Forms, Dashboards, and Quick Views, including advanced Excel reporting using XF functions such as XFGetCell, XFSetCell, and other XF‑based formulas.
• Support Financial Close, Consolidation, and Regulatory Reporting processes, including intercompany eliminations, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Develop and support Data Integration solutions including Data Sources, Transformation Rules, and other OneStream‑related integrations to ensure accurate and efficient data flow.
