Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts in Bengaluru is seeking an onboarding operations specialist to manage end-to-end client onboarding for our Portfolio Management Services. You will ensure a compliant, timely onboarding experience for Individual, Non-Individual, and NRI clients, covering KYC, account opening, agreement execution and backend activation.

We look for 2–5 years in onboarding/operations (PMS, mutual funds, broking or wealth management) and a related NISM certification.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in onboarding/operations, preferably within PMS, Mutual Funds, Broking, Wealth Management.
• NISM certification related to KYC/AML or Depository Operations.
• Specifically in PMS operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding for Portfolio Management Services.
• Ensure compliant, timely onboarding experience for Individual, Non-Individual, and NRI clients, including KYC, account opening, agreement execution, backend activation.
