Job summary

Travel to multiple sites may be required; you will support handover and continuous improvement.

Role Description

The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution at project locations. This role includes supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards. The Site Supervisor monitors civil, MEP, finishing, and installation work, conducts regular site inspections, and maintains accurate documentation and progress reports. The position involves enforcing safety protocols, resolving on-site issues, and communicating effectively with project managers and client representatives to ensure alignment with approved designs. The Site Supervisor supports handover processes and contributes to continuous improvement in site execution practices.

Qualifications

• Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing civil, MEP, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents, and ensure execution as per approved designs and specifications.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and basic use of project tracking tools or software.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and compliance practices, with a focus on maintaining safe working conditions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills for handling on-site challenges and keeping projects on schedule.
• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in interior fit-outs, retail, commercial, or office projects is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site, with flexibility to visit multiple locations as required.
