GK Energy Limited is looking for a data-driven, creative, and result-oriented On-Page & Off-Page SEO Manager to spearhead our organic search engine optimization strategies. As a leading player in the renewable and clean energy sector, establishing a robust digital footprint across search engines is vital for our brand awareness, lead generation, and market leadership. If you have a proven track record of scaling organic traffic, building high-quality backlinks, and dominating keyword rankings in competitive domains, we would love to have you on board.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• On-Page SEO & Technical Optimization:
  • Conducting comprehensive website audits, identifying technical bottlenecks (site speed, crawl errors, indexation issues, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness), and coordinating with web developers for fixes.
  • Keyword research, mapping, and optimization of metadata (title tags, meta descriptions, header tags) for existing and new web pages.
  • Optimizing site architecture, internal linking structures, and user experience (UX) to improve bounce rates and dwell time.
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building Strategy:
  • Designing and executing high-impact off-page link-building campaigns to acquire authoritative, niche-relevant, and organic backlinks.
  • Managing digital PR, outreach programs, guest blogging, skyscraper techniques, and unlinked brand mention link reclamation.
  • Monitoring and disavowing toxic backlinks to protect the website from search engine penalty updates.
• Content Strategy & Optimization:
  • Collaborating with content writers and copywriters to create SEO-optimized, engaging, and high-converting content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages).
  • Aligning SEO strategies with content marketing goals for target keywords related to renewable energy, solar power, and clean tech solutions.
• Local SEO & Reputation Management:
  • Managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles (GBP) for regional offices, plants, and service hubs to enhance local search visibility.
  • Monitoring online reviews, brand citations, and digital reputation.
• SEO Analytics, Tracking & Reporting:
  • Using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics.
  • Preparing regular MIS reports and dashboards for management, highlighting ROI, traffic growth, and actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 4 to 9 years of hands-on corporate SEO experience (handling mid to large-scale websites).
  • Prior experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, Tech, B2B, or Corporate sectors is a strong plus.
• Technical & Tool Proficiency:
  • Deep expertise in industry tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript framework impacts on SEO, and popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Soft & Analytical Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across marketing, content, and tech teams.
