Majhe App is seeking an energetic On-Ground Executive to represent the company in Goa. You will explain the app, assist with registrations, help customers download and operate the app, and promote it in residential areas, markets, and businesses.

This full-time field role requires strong communication, willingness to travel, and the ability to manage demonstrations, bookings, and basic support while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Job description

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused On-Ground Executive who will represent Majhe App in the field. The candidate will be responsible for explaining the app and its services to consumers, helping them download and operate the app, assisting with registrations and bookings, and creating awareness about Majhe App.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit residential areas, markets, businesses, and other designated locations to promote Majhe App.
• Explain to consumers what Majhe App is and how it can benefit them.
• Demonstrate the app and guide consumers through registration and account setup.
• Help customers understand how to use different features and services on the app.
• Assist users with bookings, orders, payments, and basic app-related queries.
• Help customers troubleshoot basic issues while using the application.
• Encourage new users to download, register, and actively use Majhe App.
• Educate consumers about new services, offers, and features.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate suggestions or complaints to the relevant team.
• Support customer acquisition and awareness campaigns.
• Maintain daily records of customer interactions, registrations, demonstrations, and field activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Onboarding, and Customer Support teams.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Perform other field and operational duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, marketing, onboarding, delivery, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers directly.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Ability to explain app features in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
• Knowledge of local areas in Goa will be an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and Konkani is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work extensively on-ground.
