Job summary

Ushakiron Movies seeks ground activation executives to drive RFC's guerrilla marketing, mall and society activations, product sampling, and on-site ticketing-area promotions. You will be the on-ground face of RFC, comfortable running street activations or staffing a marketing kiosk.

The role requires strong communication in Telugu, Hindi, and English, willingness to travel across Hyderabad, weekend hours as campaigns require, and ability to log daily activity, lead counts, and coupon tracking.

Qualifications

• Multilingual communication skills across Telugu, Hindi, and English.
• Comfortable with high-energy public-facing work activations and promotions.
• Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and work flexible/weekend hours.
• Basic reporting discipline: daily activity logs, lead counts, coupon tracking.
• Prior experience in BTL activations, promoter roles, or event execution.
• Own two-wheeler for mobility across activation sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute guerrilla/outdoor marketing and experiential activities as briefed.
• Run activations at malls, residential societies, and high-footfall locations; sampling, sign-ups.
• Staff marketing kiosks at the RFC ticketing area during peak days; engage visitors and drive offers.
• Support WhatsApp/email outreach; lead capture and coupon tracking on-ground.
• Conduct basic ground market research on footfall, competitor activity, and visitor feedback; report to team.

• Run activations at malls, residential societies, and other high-footfall locations sampling, coupons, sign-ups
• Staff marketing kiosks at the RFC ticketing area during peak days, engaging walk-in visitors and driving offers
• Support targeted WhatsApp/email outreach lead capture and coupon tracking on-ground
• Conduct basic ground market research footfall, competitor activity, visitor feedback and report back to the team
