Job summary

The Glove is seeking an experienced OKTA Identity Governance Consultant to join our Noida-based tech team on a permanent basis. You will lead OKTA Identity Governance initiatives, design RBAC strategies, and work with stakeholders to strengthen identity security and compliance.

You will implement, audit, and document governance processes, partnering with security and IT teams to deliver robust access controls across systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• 4–7 years of identity governance and access management experience
• Proven expertise in OKTA Identity Governance (OIG) and RBAC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 to 7 years of experience in identity governance and access management.
• Proven expertise in OKTA Identity Governance (OIG) and Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in identity governance or access management.
• Experience in a tech‑driven environment with a focus on security and compliance.
