Role Description

We are seeking a senior hands‑on Okta & Identity Operations Engineer to support enterprise IAM operations across SaaS authentication, federation, MFA, and identity lifecycle environments.

This role focuses on:

• Okta administration and operations
• SSO / MFA troubleshooting
• Federation and authentication workflows
• Identity lifecycle operations
• SaaS onboarding and access management

This is an operational engineering role supporting complex enterprise IAM environments — not a pure implementation or governance consulting role.

Responsibilities

• SSO
• MFA
• Access troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and identity-related incidents
• Support SaaS onboarding and access governance workflows
• Participate in operational incident response and on-call rotations
• Support IAM automation and workflow improvement initiatives
• Maintain operational runbooks and documentation
