Qualifications

• Relevant certifications (Okta) are highly desirable.

Global Managed Service Identity and access Management Senior - The Okta Provisioning Senior Consultant is a critical role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective management of user identities and access permissions within an organization using the Okta Identity Management platform. This senior-level position involves leading provisioning processes, developing strategies for integration and automation, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and management of user accounts, roles, and access rights within the Okta platform.
• Design and implement efficient user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows in collaboration with HR, IT, and security teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Okta authentication, authorization, SSO, and MFA solutions.
• Oversee the integration of new applications with Okta and ensure seamless SSO experiences across the organization.
• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
• Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
• Provide advanced technical support and training to end-users and junior analysts regarding Okta functionalities and access management best practices.
• Drive identity governance initiatives and enhance role-based access control (RBAC) models.
• Recommend and implement improvements to IAM processes and the overall Okta environment.
• Stay informed about Okta updates, new features, and IAM industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, standards, and IAM best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders regarding identity management processes.
• Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and security issues.

Preferred Skills
