Job summary

NextAgile is hiring an experienced OKR Consultant to work with CXOs, leadership teams, and department heads to design, implement, and coach OKR practices. You will drive the end-to-end OKR lifecycle for clients—from framework education to cascading OKRs across teams and embedding an outcome-driven culture.

The role requires 5+ years in strategy consulting or organizational transformation and 2+ years in OKR implementation, with strong facilitation and executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting / Organizational Transformation / Business Agility roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on OKR implementation experience across multiple client organizations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, Business Strategy, and Change Management principles.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working with C-level leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) or OKR frameworks (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead OKR strategy consulting engagements for mid-to-large-sized organizations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to introduce the OKR methodology to leadership and teams.
• Facilitate OKR drafting workshops, helping clients define aspirational yet achievable OKRs aligned with business goals.
• Provide ongoing coaching and retrospectives during OKR cycles to ensure adoption and discipline.
• Partner with organizational leaders to integrate OKRs into performance management, strategy execution, and review cadences.
• Help design OKR dashboards, tracking templates, and reporting structures.
• Identify adoption challenges early and propose strategies for sustainable OKR practices.
• Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices customized for different industries and teams.
• Collaborate with NextAgile's internal team to continuously enhance OKR consulting offerings.
