We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our organisational development and occupational safety and health (OSH) consulting practice for for-profit companies.This is a client-facing role requiring an individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, designing consulting engagements, and overseeing high-quality execution. You will work closely with the CEO to expand our consulting portfolio while ensuring that every engagement meets our standards for rigour, impact, and client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both business development and consulting delivery. You should be equally comfortable speaking to prospective clients, developing proposals, facilitating leadership conversations, reviewing project outputs, and supporting teams to deliver excellent work.
As a growing consulting practice, we are looking for someone entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited about building systems, experimenting with new ideas, and contributing to the growth of the organisation.
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in organisational development, human resources, business, psychology, sociology, public policy, management, or another relevant field is preferred.
A Master's degree is not required for this role. Please note that a Master's degree does not substitute for the required full-time work experience. We assess candidates based on demonstrated professional experience, skills, and the ability to perform the responsibilities of this role.
